Android devices may require enabling GPS location services when searching for Wi-Fi networks.

If you're running into issues synching your Android Device to a SkyBell, you may need to enable your Android GPS Location Services.

To enable your GPS locations services

  1. Find and tap your 'Settings' menu.
  2. Find and tap 'Location' - your phone may show 'Location services' or 'Location
    access' instead.
  3. Tap 'Location' on to enable your phone's GPS.

Once your GPS Location Service is enabled attempt to sync. If the syncing still isn't successful, please submit a help ticket, or give us a call, and we can assist you further.

* These settings are based on Android 8.0 and newer.
