I am registered with a username for the Version 2/Classic app why can't I sign into the SkyBell HD app?

Thank you for remaining a loyal customer and upgrading to HD!

The SkyBell HD app is housed on a new and improved server platform which requires our pre-existing users to create a new account using the SkyBell HD app.

Want to carry over the same email and password previously used with the SkyBell classic app?

No problem! Just perform a new registration, by clicking "register" instead of "sign in", and enter your existing SkyBell Classic account's email and password!
