Theft Protection Guarantee (valid for US customers only)
If your Device is stolen, we will replace your Device free of charge. The replacement Device will be in new or “like-new” condition, and will be the same make and model as your previous Device. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
In order to be eligible for the Theft Protection Guarantee, you must provide us with proof of purchase, and a copy of the police report. The Theft Protection Guarantee is only available to customers in the US that purchase their Device from an authorized reseller.
