Why is my speaker sound garbled?

The speaker may be "garbled" when a SkyBell is newly connected and the internal battery is not yet fully charged.

  • Please let your SkyBell fully charge
  • If powered for more than 20 minutes and LED's are blinking Red/Green it is now ready to sync and speaker should operate normally
  • If your SkyBell is properly powered, you've sync'd your SkyBell, waited to ensure your SkyBell has been fully powered for more than 20 minutes and continue to experience an unclear or "garbled" sound coming from the speaker of your SkyBell please contact our customer service team by creating a ticket.
