How do I return my SkyBell?

We offer a 30-day money back return policy. You may return your SkyBell that you purchased from SkyBell.com within 30 days of shipment for a refund.  A $30 restocking fee may be assessed for any opened packages or installed devices. Also, shipping, handling and transactions fees will be deducted from your refunded amount. If the seal on your SkyBell packaging has been broke or tampered with, you will be charged a $30 restocking fee. Any orders placed for accessories or replacement parts are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

All returns will be processed in 7-10 business days.

If you purchased a SkyBell from an authorized re-seller, you are subject to their return policy. If your SkyBell was received through an IndieGoGo campaign, there will be no refunds given under any circumstances.
