Android Notifications not working

On an Android mobile device, if you are not receiving notifications while on mobile network, but are receiving notifications when on WiFi: 

  1. Go to settings>connections>data usage>Google services
  2. Ensure "restrict background data" is NOT selected

Make sure you have notifications set to "On" for the SkyBell Mobile App.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Choose Application Manager
  3. Locate and choose the SkyBell app
  4. Confirm that notifications is set to "on"
