How will I know if I synced my SkyBell properly?

You can know if your SkyBell has synced simply by the LED light status. If you have reached the solid green, you have been successfully synced. If you are synced but are having other problems, please click here.

If your LED is blinking green, please contact support with your username and device activation number.

If your LED is still red, whether blinking or not, please click here.
